How do I report a bug in Hello 3D?

If you encountered a bug or issue, please let us know by emailing info@hello3d.app so we can improve Hello 3D.

Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble opening the app on your Mac, open the terminal and type in this command:

xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /path/to/app.app

This will allow the app to run. Only necessary in some cases because of Apple’s protection against unsigned apps.
